Chad began his professional career 20 years ago as a Copier Sales Representative. He transitioned to Pharmaceutical Sales where he sold the Cardiovascular line of products for Pfizer (Lipitor, Caduet, Exubera). This experience exposed him to medicine and health care. After four years as a bedside Critical Care RN (ICU and CVICU) as well as Nurse Manager of the Critical Care unit at two different hospitals (Missouri and California), he transitioned to Medical Device Sales. Chad stayed in the Critical Care space selling an external heart pump (LifeSPARC) and ECMO circuit. After winning Territory Manager of the Year in 2018 and President Club, Chad was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2019. He led his region to Region of the year, winning Regional Manager of the Year and President Club again in 2022. Chad had a team of 8-12 direct reports, consisting of sales reps and clinical consultants.
